We release new investigations regularly across PSHE, citizenship, English, and safeguarding. As a member, every new case is added to your library automatically while your membership is active.

FAQ

Common questions

It means every teacher in your school can use every case with their classes. No per-teacher or per-class limits, no per-student licensing. One membership covers your entire school for the duration of the membership period.
No, memberships are one-off purchases that last 1 or 2 years. You won't be auto-charged. We send a reminder email 30 days before expiry so you can renew if you want to. If you don't renew, your access simply ends at the expiry date.
Memberships are non-refundable once activated, since you have full access to the case library from day one. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it.
You keep them. Individual case purchases are perpetual licences for your school. If you later upgrade to membership, your previous purchases stay yours, and the membership simply adds access to everything else in the library.
All major credit and debit cards via secure online checkout. For schools that need a formal purchase order or invoice, contact us directly and we'll arrange it.
Once your purchase completes, your account is granted access immediately. Sign in and head to your dashboard at /cases/ to download every case in the library. New releases appear in your dashboard automatically.
